Harley finds Eddie and tells him that Joey is pregnant and shows up. Meanwhile, Audrey returns from L.A. and apologizes to her friends. Joey tries to get ahold of Eddie while dealing with Harley when she shows up to Hell's Kitchen. Harley persuades Joey to see Eddie but is devastated after finding out that he moved out of his apartment. Meanwhile, Pacey skips work to hang out at the aquarium with Emma. Also, Dawson and Todd have to reshoot the ending of the movie, but Todd refuses and the producers end up asking Dawson to step in and direct the ending. It's Christmas and everyone heads back to Capeside. Dawson brings Natasha and Todd with him where Todd gets drunk and flirts with Gail. Meanwhile, Joey brings Audrey and Eddie later arrives with a Christmas tree to celebrate. Eddie meets Mr. Potter who worries he is not good enough for his daughter. A big movie star, named Max, arrives on set to act alongside Natasha and begins flirting with her which upsets Dawson. Meanwhile, Joey studies at Eddie's place. In the morning, they end up sleeping together which causes Joey to miss her final exam in Hetson's class. The gang gets tickets to a No Doubt concert. Joey asks Eddie to go with her, but she forgets the tickets. Dawson and Natasha go together but the tickets are for the next night. The two couples decide to sneak in backstage but not together. Also, Jen sets Pacey and Audrey up hoping they get back together.
